The Annexe is designed for two people only.
No pets are permitted
The Annexe is entirely NO SMOKING
The tenant will be responsible for the cost of repair and or replacement of any breakages or damages to the property.
50% of the tariff is payable at time of booking, with the balance being payable one month in advance of date of booking. The Annexe will be held in the hirers name for seven days, by which time a deposit or the balance in full should be received. After seven days the owners reserve the right to re-let The Annexe to other tenants.
We reserve the right to request a £50 returnable deposit at time of booking to cover any minor damages to The Annexe. Guests are liable for any damages to The Annexe during the period of let. All breakages must be reported to the Proprietors.
Any complaints should be made to the Proprietors who will give them prompt attention.
The Proprietors accept no responsibility for the accident or injury to, illness of guests or any other persons whilst in The Annexe or Staffa gardens, neither do they accept responsibility for any loss or damage to guests or other persons property, including vehicles whilst on site.
No subletting is permitted.
Under circumstances outwith the owners control - for example, damage, theft or fire to the property, we will try and arrange alternative holiday accommodation with another provider, however we cannot guarantee that this will be possible. In these circumstances the booking deposit and inventory deposit will be returned to the hirer in full. The hirer will have no further claims against the owners.
If the accommodation has not been taken up by 12 noon of the day following the arrival date booked, the proprietors assume the right to re-let the accommodation unless other arrangements have been made and confirmed.
