Weekly rates range from £420 to £490 depending on the time of year - please contact us for more details
Unit Price Starts At: £60 per night up to £70 per night depending date of booking.
Entrance and departure days for weekly lets are usually Saturdays but we can be flexible to suit.
Short breaks may be available out of peak season. A short break has a minimum of a three night stay.
Prices are inclusive of all charges and are per two people staying - including VAT, towels, bed-linen, electricity and heating.
Cancellations. We can only offer a full refund should we be able to rebook The Annexe for the dates booked. Purchasing holiday insurance is advisable in case of unexpected cancellations.
Full payment is required one month prior to arrival. A 50% deposit is payable at time of booking. Verbal and e-mail reservations are held provisionally for seven days. Should a deposit or full payment not be received within the seven day period we reserve the right to let The Annexe to other guests.
Cheques should be made payable to Mrs A Shuttleworth.
The Annexe is available from 4pm on the date of entry and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. If agreed with the proprietors times of entry and departure may be altered.
Normal letting for a week is Saturday 4pm until the following Saturday at 10am. Normal letting for a short break is Friday 4pm until Monday 10am. Other letting periods can be available.
We would appreciate it if The Annexe could be left in a clean and tidy condition with all items left as found. The Annexe is cleaned thoroughly between lets.
